Central Business District(CBD),a concept that was first proposed by U.S.scholars in the 1920s,reters to a busincss center that functions as a commercial trading,financial information,cultural center,exhibition and office area all rolled jnto one;a place that is the center of business,the driving power of urban economic development and the soul of a city.     

Shanghai Expo in Promotion

As an important part of the prep- aration work of World Expo Shanghai 2010,the organizers have launched a series of suc- cessful promotion campaigns in China, participating countries,BIE members' countries,etc.,as for developing aware- ness and conveying the concept of the worldwide grand events.Various methods are used in the promotion work,such as dedicating a 5.28-square-meter area at the core of the city to exhibitions,events and forums,and building a powerful and last- ing pilot example of sustainable and har- monious urban living.     

中国本土文化环境下的商务"关系":一项探索性研究

Recently, guanxi has become one of the hottest topics in domestic academia. Although relationship and guanxi are the same in Chinese characters, significant differences exist between the “relationship” in the western academic context and what Chinese people are familiar with, the Chinese “guanxi”. The indiscriminate imitation of the western relationship marketing in China neglecting the Chinese native culture context is detrimental to a true and thorough understanding of the Chinese relationship marketing practice. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct research on guanxi in the Chinese native commercial context. Based on domestic and foreign literature review, this paper uses a qualitative research method including content analysis and focus group to get a thorough understanding of guanxi both from the academia and from the practitioners, followed by quantitative analysis methods including questionnaire investigation and factor analysis to develop a native commercial guanxi concept scale. 传统生育观的单系偏重探究

文化传统植根于民族深处,不易改变。我国传统社会的社会目标、社会结构和家庭结构具有其特殊性。重男轻女现象源自传统的社会生产方式,通过宗族社会体制强化,在孝的精神下神圣化和固化。当前单系偏重应从发展生产力、利益引导和可选择宗族体制重建三个方面加以解决。     

旅游资源概念及其认识

本文在考察不同旅游资源概念及相关论述后，提出旅游资源概念应坚持的几点共识，并以此为基础，针对旅游资源概念及其认识中存在的若干分歧，着重讨论个４个问题：⑴旅游资源是否必须已旅游业所利用；⑵如何理解旅游资源的潜在性；⑶劳务算不算旅游资源；⑷人力、市场等要素应否视为旅游资源。文章逐一分析并给出自己的看法。同时，为探讨更进一步深入，建议将旅游和旅游业资源两个概念进行区分。     

Conceptual Knowledge Markup Language: An introduction

Conceptual Knowledge Markup Language (CKML) is an application of XML. Earlier versions of CKML followed rather exclusively the philosophy of Conceptual Knowledge Processing (CKP), a principled approach to knowledge representation and data analysis that “advocates methods and instruments of conceptual knowledge processing which support people in their rational thinking, judgment and acting and promote critical discussion”. The new version of CKML continues to follow this approach, but also incorporates various principles, insights and techniques from Information Flow (IF), the logical design of distributed systems. Among other things, this allows diverse communities of discourse to compare their own information structures, as coded in logical theories, with that of other communities that share a common generic ontology. CKML incorporates the CKP ideas of concept lattice and formal context, along with the IF ideas of classification (= formal context), infomorphism, theory, interpretation and local logic. Ontology Markup Language (OML), a subset of CKML that is a self-sufficient markup language in its own right, follows the principles and ideas of Conceptual Graphs (CG). OML is used for structuring the specifications and axiomatics of metadata into ontologies. OML incorporates the CG ideas of concept, conceptual relation, conceptual graph, conceptual context, participants and ontology. The link from OML to CKML is the process of conceptual scaling, which is the interpretive transformation of ontologically structured knowledge to conceptual structured knowledge. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

调控发展代价是贯彻落实科学发展观的内在要求

科学发展观对我国改革开放和当代世界的发展代价进行了深刻反思，反映了当代最新的发展理念，是与时俱进的发展观，具有鲜明的代价意识；调控发展代价内在于科学发展观的基本要求之中；坚持以人为本、全面协调的可持续发展，坚持统筹兼顾，其要义之一就是要降低发展成本，减少发展代价，实现经济社会又好又快的发展。     

陕西市场机制与政府调控有效结合研究

国内外的理论和实证研究表明。政府和市场各具优点，也各有缺陷。在不完善的市场与不完善的政府之间寻求最有效的结合点是世界各国持续探索的课题。科学发展观的提出为在中国实现市场机制与政府调控的有效结合提供了新的机遇。从产业政策的有效性、财政资金的投向和要素市场的培育三个视角建立陕西政府调控与市场机制结合有效性评价指标体系是本课题组的基本思路。     

陕西深入学习实践科学发展观活动调研与思考

我们党一直重视对党员进行思想教育。开展党员集中教育活动是我们党的一贯做法和优良传统。陕西省在第一批学习实践活动中，认真查找影响和制约科学发展的突出问题，初步形成了推动科学发展、建设西部强省的新思路。
